Students
You need an activation code: the one your school gave you, or the one your parent received after paying for the year. Type it the first time you open the app.

Teachers
Free, always. Use the activation code your school gave you, or your school code, and your classes come with you. If your school has neither yet, you can still set yourself up and add the code later.
Teachers are never charged for, whatever the school is paying.
School administrators
The console is the web platform and deliberately has no app: it is where seats are bought, codes are issued and the whole school is read, and that is desk work in a browser.
Installing it, device by device
Every one of these takes under a minute, and you can skip all of it and simply use the app in the browser.
Android phone or tablet
- 1Open the link below in Chrome.
- 2Tap the three dots in the corner.
- 3Tap "Install app", or "Add to Home screen".
- 4SuccessBOX appears with the other apps and opens without the browser bar.
iPhone or iPad
- 1Open the link below in Safari.
- 2Tap the share button, the square with the arrow.
- 3Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- 4Tap Add. The icon sits on the home screen like any other app.
Windows, Mac or Chromebook
- 1Open the link below in Chrome or Edge.
- 2Click the install icon at the right of the address bar.
- 3Click Install.
- 4It opens in its own window, from the Start menu, the Dock or the launcher.
Moving to another device
An activation code is typed once. What moves you between devices afterwards is the recovery code the app gives you on the day you sign up, so write that one down. A teacher also sets a PIN, because a teacher's code opens every student record in their classes.
