Does my child need their school to use SuccessBOX?
No. The code you buy works on its own. If their school does use it, put the school code in the form and your child also appears on the school reports.
What if I do not know their school code?
Leave it blank. Everything works the same, and a teacher can add your child to a class later with an ordinary class code.
Can I pay for more than one child?
Yes, pay once for each child. Each payment gives you a separate activation code, and each code is for one child.
How long does it last?
A year from the day you pay. Nothing renews on its own, so you decide again next year rather than finding a charge on your card.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. There is no stored card and no subscription on your side. One payment, one year.
What if my child loses the code?
A code only has to be typed once, on the first device. After that their account carries a recovery code they write down for moving to another phone.
